ResourceMFG is seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Chesterfield, MI
. Candidates with any type of plastics manufacturing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Job Title: Machine Operator – Extrusion Mold Machine
- Location: Chesterfield, MI
- Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Pay: $20.00+ per hour (based on experience)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Operate and monitor extrusion molding machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Set up, start, and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and notify maintenance when necessary.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety and operating procedures.
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience working with plastics, extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding, or similar processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience working with plastics, extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding, or similar processes is highly desirable.
