Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Midnights

This position involves assessing patient health, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. Registration is required.

The responsibilities include:

Monitoring and reporting residents' symptoms and condition changes.

Maintaining accurate reports and medical information.

Modifying care plans based on patient responses.

Supervising staff such as LPNs, CNAs, or RAs.

Coordinating with healthcare team members.

Performing physical assessments and following medical directives.

Ensuring infection control and safety protocols.

Administering medications and emergency treatments.

Documenting all medical and medication data accurately.

Assisting in developing and updating care plans.

Facilitating hospital transfers and performing medical procedures like IV insertions, lab collections, and bladder scans.

Managing resident intake and participating in training and meetings.

Qualifications include:

Associate's Degree in Nursing;
Bachelor's preferred.
Six months to one year of geriatric experience preferred.
Current Michigan nursing license and CPR/First Aid certifications.
Ability to operate a computer; EMR experience preferred.
Availability to work holidays, evenings, weekends, and be on-call.

This is a full-time, entry-level position in the healthcare industry, requiring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
