Commonwealth Senior Living - 33503 23 Mile Road - Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and safe delivery of the Medication Management Program.;
Administer and accurately record the administration of medications for residents as prescribed by the physician.;
Observe and report complications or adverse effects of medications and communicate with the Resident Care Director as needed.;
Document pertinent information in resident records and maintain accurate medication inventories.;
Maintain a safe and clean environment and provide supportive care to residents.
