Our Journeyman Electrician - Utility Lineworker is an essential part of our electric team, tackling various troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair projects for medium- and high-voltage systems. Servicing overhead and underground lines, substations, and other equipment, you get everything working perfectly while strictly following all safety procedures and guidelines. You collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople when appropriate to complete high-quality work on time and within budget while documenting your services.

As you diagnose problems, complete repairs, and splice, terminate, and test cables, you skillfully tackle whatever challenges come your way!

• Journeyman lineman and high-voltage certification
• 4+ years of experience as a high voltage electrician, including apprenticeship
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Ability to move heavy objects, be in all kinds of weather conditions, and work from heights or confined spaces
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

A Michigan journeyman license would be preferred. Experience working with overhead and underground lines, substations, and related equipment would be a bonus!
