We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Pest Control Technician to join our growing team in Warrenton, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Virginia and have hands‑on experience in general pest control, with a strong preference for candidates who also have termite treatment and inspection experience.

• Perform residential and commercial pest control services.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues and treatment plans.
• Apply pesticides and treatments in accordance with state regulations and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Conduct termite inspections and treatments (preferred).

• Valid Virginia Pest Control Technician License (required).
• Proven experience in pest control services.
• Termite experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
