- Maintain accurate accounting records for trust, estate, and other fiduciary accounts.
- Record and reconcile trust income, expenses, distributions, contributions, and other account activity.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Review transactions for appropriate coding, documentation, and authorization.
- Assist with preparation of trust accounting statements and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records of principal and income activity.
- Support accounting for complex trust structures, including multiple beneficiaries and investment accounts.
- Assist with fiduciary accounting matters and research as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of accounting, trust accounting, fiduciary operations, wealth management operations, or related experience.
