About the Role

We're looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you'll support day-to-day business operations by managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing records, and assisting team members with a variety of administrative tasks.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, communicates well with others, and enjoys being a reliable resource for both colleagues and clients. Every day brings something different, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

What You'll Do

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.

Assist with data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when needed.

Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Support onboarding activities and assist with administrative projects.

Work closely with different departments to ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and other common office software.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

A positive attitude and a willingness to support teammates whenever needed.
