On-Call Staffing Coordinator
We are looking for a remote on-call staffing coordinator to join our caring, compassionate team. The on-call staffing coordinator is primarily responsible for taking calls from our agency staff and clients during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can build and maintain strong relationships with both agency staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle callouts and urgent staffing needs with efficiency.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with agency staff, clients and internal office team.
Requirements
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must have a working knowledge of computers and be able to learn how to use programs such as UKG and Inovalon Scheduling Software.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Must be able to multi-task, problem solve and communicate effectively with staff and facilities.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to handle frequent interruptions.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, family members, facility staff, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
- Must be dedicated to helping facilities obtain consistent staff to fill in vacancy positions.

Experience
- Preferably 1 year experience working in long-term care or healthcare setting.
