- Assist the L&PD senior leadership team with global learning and professional development programs for lawyers and professional staff
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the Goodwin 2033 strategic ten-year planning initiative
- Provide management and logistical support for programs and events, including budgets, contracts, calendars, invitations, room reservations, catering, program materials, and on-site support
- Assist with planning and coordination of core professional staff trainings, including developing and implementing project plans
- Coordinate ongoing professional development programs, including feedback surveys, data tracking, and program administration
- Research, develop, and implement new training programs and initiatives with L&PD Managers and Directors
- Oversee administration of the Education Assistance Policy, American Express assignments, and reimbursement processes
- Assist with Continuing Legal Education course accreditation and compliance, including video library management, form circulation, and attendance tracking
- Collaborate with other administrative departments on L&PD programs and initiatives
- Assist with department budget creation and management and track professional staff account expenses
- Support ad hoc L&PD team initiatives and projects using PowerPoint, Excel, and Survey Monkey/Microsoft Forms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in a law firm, corporate setting, educational institution, or professional services environment preferred
- Experience with learning management systems and/or Workday is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound judgment and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and collaborative work style with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office applications, Zoom, and Teams
- Ability to quickly learn new software
