Salary Range
: $50,000 - $63,000 - This is a salary, non-exempt position.
Our team is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to support the coordination and development of new business opportunities and provide services to existing clients while supporting the sales team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Respond to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Functions as liaison between client companies and operations staff. Customer interfacing
- Ability to learn, process and follow up quotations, costing, orders, projects, ERP maintenance, etc.
- Ability to learn, process and maintain thorough knowledge of relevant industry product information (i.e. rubber, seals, lubricants, braking, fuel deliver, battery cooling, automotive, aerospace)
- Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate and submitted on time
- Provides timely and accurate reports as requested
- Proactively schedules, attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings
- Perform other duties as required or requested by the sales team or management

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent is preferred, with one to two years of experience, or equivalent with a minimum of five years of experience or exposure to business / customer service
- Must be a self-starter and proactive “go-getter”

- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Creative, flexible and innovative team player
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite;
Word, Excel, Power Point, Web Ex, SAP, IQS, ERP Systems, Email, Phone, Fax/Scan. - Ability to manage coordination of meetings, as well as take ownership of meeting minutes and notes.
- Demonstrated ability to make presentations to individuals and/or groups
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cost, price, sales, discounts, interest, commissions and percentages
- Excellent problem resolution and collaborative skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
- Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
