Product Manager – Global Product Cloud & AI

Job Summary

Drive the strategy and delivery of cloud data and AI-powered product capabilities that scale globally, partnering with cross-functional teams to create innovative, data-driven solutions. This is a unique opportunity to own both product vision and execution, shaping enterprise-wide platform capabilities that deliver measurable business impact.

We are seeking a Product Manager to define and execute our global product cloud data strategy and AI capabilities. This is a blended Product Manager and Product Owner role where you will own both the high-level feature vision and the daily backlog execution for our core platform capabilities. You will focus on bridging the gap between cloud data and practical AI solutions, building smart, scalable capabilities that power experiences across all markets.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on product leader who can translate complex data concepts into scalable global features, partner closely with engineering, and drive measurable business impact.

• Lead a dedicated agile engineering team in a blended PM/PO capacity, taking full ownership of the product backlog, user stories, and feature prioritization.
• Drive the global strategy and roadmap for product cloud data initiatives and AI enabled capabilities.
• Build foundational, enterprise-wide capabilities once so they can scale seamlessly across global markets.
• Translate cloud data and AI opportunities into clear product features that improve user experience, self-service capabilities, and operational efficiency.
• Apply a problem‑led approach to define the what and why behind new capabilities, ensuring every initiative solves a real business or customer need.
• Partner with cross‑functional architecture, data, and regional teams to align platform capabilities with broader business goals.
• Balance strategic planning with daily delivery, refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and resolving operational blockers for the engineering team.

• Proven experience operating in a blended PM/PO capacity, writing detailed user stories, and actively managing agile backlogs.
• Practical familiarity with cloud data architectures, product data platforms, or AI driven features in a software environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear business value and actionable product requirements.
• Self‑starter who operates with high autonomy, decisive leadership, and strong accountability.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of aligning cross‑functional technical and business partners globally.

• Solid experience operating as a Product Manager in an agile software environment.
• Experience working with data‑intensive products, cloud architecture, or AI‑driven capabilities at scale is highly preferred.
• Must be located in and able to work standard hours within a UK or European time zone.
