Construction Superintendent

Overview

We're seeking a hands-on, field-savvy Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on one of our active solar construction sites in Acushnet, MA. The ideal candidate has experience leading crews as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, CM or PM - solar-specific experience is a plus but not required.

• Serve as the on-site lead for construction activity, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and up to standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain site documentation and support inspections
• Communicate daily progress and updates to project managers

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role on a construction site (Solar experience preferred, but not required)
• Strong background as a Foreman, Construction Supervisor, QA/QC Inspector, or Site PM
• Tech-savvy and capable of using project tracking tools (Procore exp. is a plus but not required)
• Familiar with safety standards, site logistics, and construction best practices
• Techs or Installers with a degree or strong hands-on experience (would be lower pay end)
• Desired certifications: OSHA, SWPP
