I'm currently working with a leading Heavy Civil contractor that has a strong backlog of work across highway, bridge, utility and infrastructure projects throughout the Northeast
. They're looking to add an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex civil projects.

• Oversee day to day site operations from mobilisation through project completion.
• Lead field crews, subcontractors and foremen while maintaining productivity and safety.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, engineers and inspectors.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project schedules, equipment, materials and workforce planning.

• 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on Heavy Civil construction projects.
• Experience delivering highway, bridge, roadway, utility, earthwork or transportation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans, manage schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• OSHA certification and a proven commitment to jobsite safety.
