We’re looking for a candidate whose passion lies in delivering exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and detail-oriented optimization. We are currently seeking a candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support in New Bedford, MA. - Accurately data enter warranty and non-warranty customer data, sales orders, quotes and returns.
- Address basic technical support questions.
- Receive inbound calls and respond to calls as appropriate with an eye toward time efficiency.
- Promptly resolve customer service issues while maintaining a proper balance between established policies and customer satisfaction.
- Perform administrative duties, reports and special projects associated with Customer Support.
- Must have impeccable attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.
- Innovative problem solver, results minded, flexible and solution focused.
- Effective team player with the ability to work independently and maintain willingness to learn new things.
- Strong keyboarding skills.
- Proficient in MS Office;
Excel; MS Word. - Various tasks as assigned.
- Ability to deescalate customer conflicts while maintaining a courteous and assertive persona.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour. Expected hours: 40.0 per week.
