Consumer Service Representative I

• Serve as the primary contact for consumers providing outstanding customer support and service
• Solve a variety of challenges with limited supervision
• Handle incoming telephone calls or emails efficiently and accurately
• Inquiries include product troubleshooting, sales orders, warranty replacements, and product specifications
• Meet or trend towards required KPIs and consistently deliver excellent customer service
• Make recommendations to meet consumer needs and promote products for company growth
• Engage in continuous learning and adaptability as a foundation for skills needed to be successful
• Demonstrate a favorable image of the organization and maintain brand integrity

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
• 1+ years in call center or retail experience
• Consumer Goods Customer Service experience
• Experience with Bluetooth, App, and Wi‑Fi connectivity devices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point)
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to take 12+ calls per hour
• Must be dependable and prompt.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills with a focus on consumer goods, effectively handling inquiries and troubleshooting product issues. Proficient in communication and adaptable to meet organizational needs while maintaining brand integrity.
