Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual French Canadian CSR for a temp-to-hire opportunity in New Bedford, MA. The Bilingual French Canadian CSR will support customers with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy while maintaining detailed records and following established processes. • Provide bilingual customer support in English and French-Canadian through inbound calls, outbound verification calls, and email correspondence.
• Maintain accurate customer records, complete data entry, and update internal systems with detailed documentation.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within an insurance environment.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns while delivering a professional and helpful service experience.
• Support department goals by meeting expectations for productivity, quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing customer interactions efficiently.
