South Bay Region, needs to be available to Float between our Fairhaven, Ashley Blvd, Elm St., State Rd, and Dartmouth St. Branches - May be eligible for Mileage Reimbursement
Bilingual:
Spanish/Portuguese a plus but not required

- Supervise, coach, and develop teller staff
- Provide ongoing training and feedback
- Manage staffing schedules
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Identify referral opportunities
- Support sales initiatives and branch goals
- Oversee teller operations and cash handling
- Maintain compliance with policies
- Collaborate across departments
- Participate in community events
- Minimum 1 year teller experience
- Strong leadership skills
