Assistant Principal/Dean/Head - Reports To: School Principal

Requirements- Certified as an elementary school principal by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education, with at least five years of successful teaching or administrative experience at the primary level.
- Evidence of administrative and leadership ability.
- Evidence of capacity and disposition to work cooperatively with pupils, parents, teachers, staff, and school administrators.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Elementary School Concept (highly preferred).
- History of outstanding attendance at work and school activities.
- Familiarity with No Child Left Behind rules and regulations, School Improvement Planning, and IDEA.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
In accordance with the provisions of the N.B.E.A., Unit B Contract.
