Do you believe that stopping at 99% isn't actually support—it's settling? The most effective way to help a student who reaches 99% of a goal is to insist they finish. If that expectation feels harsh, this position won't suit you. If it energizes you because you understand that maintaining high standards demonstrates belief in a student's capability, continue reading.

Alpha operates outside conventional school models. Students complete a full academic day in roughly two hours via adaptive software. No traditional instruction. No textbooks. Your responsibility is what technology cannot replicate: guiding Pre-K through 8th grade students in life competencies such as public speaking, sustained attention, and feedback exchange. You'll spend half your day facilitating structured, hands-on workshops using prepared playbooks and narrative techniques.

The remaining time, you'll work individually or in small groups, analyzing student progress through Coachbot analytics within adaptive platforms, ensuring they achieve 100% of weekly objectives. Mastery is demonstrated through Test2

Pass assessments, not effort-based grading.

This is a selective position. Your first year centers on mastering the system: workshop delivery, individual coaching, mastery verification, and consistently holding every student to complete goal attainment. Succeed at this, and advancement to Lead Guide becomes available. You must combine warmth with uncompromising standards.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating one-hour life competency workshops covering public speaking, sustained focus, teamwork, and feedback skills, adjusting tone and method for Pre-K through 8th grade learners
  • Conducting daily individual and small-group coaching sessions to review each student's adaptive learning data via Coachbot analytics, establish objectives, and ensure 100% weekly target completion
  • Overseeing and scoring Test2

Pass assessments to verify genuine mastery of life skills rather than surface-level engagement
  • Intervening strategically when students experience academic setbacks or disengagement—diagnosing underlying issues and designing corrective action plans
  • Cultivating authentic connections with every student to establish the trust required for coaching through frustration, distraction, and uncertainty
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Providing traditional classroom lectures or direct academic teaching (core subjects are delivered through adaptive platforms, not by you)
  • Creating original curriculum or lesson frameworks (Alpha supplies structured life skills playbooks; your role is executing them with energy and narrative skill)
  • Handling parent communications or administrative duties (Campus Leads manage those functions; your focus remains on students)
  • Assigning or evaluating homework, or preparing students for standardized exams (these elements are absent from Alpha's model)
  • Operating independently (you function within a campus team alongside Lead Guides, Campus Leads, and colleagues who provide mutual accountability and feedback)

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3+ years of direct experience with Pre-K–8 students (in teaching, coaching, counseling, or youth program leadership roles).
  • Demonstrated success motivating or coaching Pre-K–8 students toward academic, behavioral, athletic, or extracurricular objectives, with at least one concrete example you can articulate (including the objective, your actions, and the result).
  • Comfort with a coaching-focused model where all core academic instruction occurs through the learning platform. Your function is motivation and guidance, not subject-matter…
