What Were Looking For :- Valid Wilson Reading Certification (required)
- Professional background working as a Reading Specialist, preferably in elementary grades
- Strong understanding of evidence-based reading strategies and interventions
- Excellent communication skills for working with students, families, and colleagues
- Passion for fostering literacy development and individualized learning plans
- Provide targeted reading interventions to elementary students, using the Wilson method and other best practices
- Assess student reading levels, track progress, and adjust strategies to support individual needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and administrators to ensure a unified literacy approach
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
- Communicate regularly with families about student development and ongoing goals
