Position SummarySenior Commercial Printing Estimator responsible for delivering accurate, strategic cost estimates, driving pricing strategy, and optimizing profitability for complex print projects. Works cross-functionally to align customer needs with production capabilities and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, and overhead
- Develop competitive pricing strategies and improve profit margins
- Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production on feasibility and timelines
- Analyze historical data to refine estimates and pricing models
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery
- 8+ years of commercial printing estimating experience
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and estimating/ERP systems
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Leadership ability with a focus on continuous improvement
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
