TYG is partnering with a leading engineering consultancy to recruit an experienced Engineering Principal to join its growing team in Massachusetts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PE-licensed engineering leader looking to play a key role in delivering complex MEP projects across healthcare, life sciences, higher education, and other institutional sectors. You'll provide technical leadership, mentor multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the firm's continued growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead complex MEP projects from design through construction.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across project teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Mentor engineers and support the development of future leaders.
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• PE license required.
• 10+ years of MEP engineering experience.
• Proven leadership on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Experience with Revit, BIM, and engineering design tools is preferred.
