Position Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure and building decarbonization projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and internal leadership to keep projects moving smoothly from early feasibility through installation, energization, and closeout.

You’ll be a central point of coordination between internal teams, utilities, engineering partners, municipalities, subcontractors, vendors, and site hosts. The role is heavily documentation‑and process‑oriented, with a strong emphasis on timelines, compliance, and clear communication.

If your peers or colleagues describe you as organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and someone who “never lets things fall through the cracks,” we want to hear from you.

What We Do

We develop and deliver EV charging infrastructure and electrification solutions that support cleaner transportation and lower‑carbon buildings. Our work helps organizations navigate the complexity of planning, permitting, utility coordination, incentives, and construction so that climate‑friendly projects become reality.

We collaborate with utilities, municipalities, contractors, and site hosts to reduce emissions, modernize infrastructure, and accelerate the transition to a more sustainable energy system.
