Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.;
Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct delivery routing and scheduling.;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards; complete vehicle inspections and log mileage.;
Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure returns are credited in a timely manner.;
