Role Description

The Executive Casino Host is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Boston area, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with casino guests, especially high-value and frequent players. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting guests on the gaming floor, managing player development programs, coordinating personalized services, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. The Executive Casino Host collaborates with marketing and operations teams to support promotional events, player rewards, and special programs that drive guest loyalty and revenue.

This role involves tracking player activity, following up with guests by phone or email, and ensuring a consistent, welcoming experience that aligns with the casino's charitable mission and service standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interactions with diverse guests and team members.
  • Experience in Player Development, including managing relationships with frequent and high-value guests.
  • Knowledge of Casino Marketing practices and promotions, with the ability to support campaigns and events.
  • Sales skills to identify opportunities for increased play, loyalty program enrollment, and event participation.
  • Previous experience in a casino, hospitality, or entertainment environment is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, business, or related fields is a plus.
