Responsibilities

• Focus on product strategy for Fidelity’s retail crypto offering
• Operate effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
• Prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver business results

• Product strategy experience and/or aptitude
• Curiosity about and understanding of crypto
• Understanding of traditional capital markets and financial products and services
• Knowledge of retail customer needs and trends across various investor segments
• Understanding of crypto, blockchain technology, and potential applications in financial services
• Ability to think strategically and for the long term
• Strong communication, presentation, and product management skills
• Ability to collaborate with people from other parts of the organization
