Senior Financial Analyst – Management Reporting

Responsibilities

• Produce enterprise financial reporting packages.
• Work with a cross‑functional team to maintain a data ecosystem that feeds financial reporting and produce commentary on financial results.
• Build financial models and analyses that support results reporting, including current year results, forecasts & projections and industry data.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support business decisions and support management across the organization.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of metrics/scorecards that measure the company's execution of its strategic focus areas.

• Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, GCP, Tableau, SQL, Python and/or R.
• Demonstrated experience in financial statement and management reporting.
• Demonstrated experience performing financial and operational analysis.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of insurance accounting and operations.
• Demonstrated experience providing customer‑driven solutions, support or service.
• Travel requirement up to 5%.
