Responsibilities
- Delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to business and finance partners
- Supporting the Next Generation Allocation View (NGAV) efforts
- Analyzing drivers of profitability
- Keeping the platform and methodologies up to date and relevant for the business
- Developing strong understanding of Fidelity Wealth/Fidelity Brokerage’s financial results and profitability model to apply that knowledge to variance analyses
- Improving reporting and data consolidation processes
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent training
- At least 2 years of FP&A or finance systems, data and reporting experience
- Experience in activity-based costing methodologies a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
- Experience in building new reports
- Expertise in working with large data sets and querying skills
