The Town of South Hadley is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Police Department as substitute and per diem, part-time 911 Dispatchers. Roles cover day, evening, and overnight shifts; temporary positions may be eliminated by Oct 2026 as regional PSAP is established.
Responsibilities include handling calls, dispatching units, and using LEAPS/CJIS/NCIC data entry while maintaining confidentiality and calm under pressure. Massachusetts E911 certification is required.
