Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders
Evaluate patient mobility, function, and needs to develop effective treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on restoring strength, balance, and range of motion
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, progress, and at-home exercises
Document all evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards
Travel as needed to assigned per diem locations
Requirements for a Physical Therapist:
Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient care skills
