Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) PT
As a skilled nursing facility physical therapist at Cross Country Allied, you will provide comprehensive PT services to help patients regain their health and mobility. You will assess patients’ mobility, strength, and function; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; maintain accurate records; and educate patients and families.
Responsibilities- Assess patients’ mobility, strength, and functional status.
- Develop and implement individualized PT treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting.
- Degree in Physical Therapy (or relevant field).
- Board‑Level BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
- Current state or compact license in the practice area.
