Senior UX product Designer

Job Description Top Three Skills

• Sr. level (~6-10 years) product design with both web and mobile experience
• Information architecture and interaction design experience
• Ability to analyze business problems and craft the correct response

The work will be both web and mobile applications with 80% customer‑facing and 20% B2B. This designer must use broad design skills and user‑behavior insights to understand business objectives and goals.

They will work with the product team to understand product capability and with the technology team to identify enablers and constraints.

The UX team is based entirely in Boston, with other members in Boston and Hopewell, NJ. There are 4 UX product designers currently, and the goal is to expand to 10 designers by year‑end to handle increased workload.

The team works on multiple projects simultaneously; this is not a project‑based contract. The hiring manager has flipped a few members so far and may consider this for new hires, but it is unlikely everyone will be flipped.

In‑house or agency background is fine if they have worked on both web and mobile applications and not just marketing landing pages or SEO. The hiring manager wants to build a diverse team to approach complex problems from different angles. Visual design experience is not a key differentiator for a senior designer. Development/UI/Front End experience is not needed.
