  • Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solutions, documenting requirements and design, creating prototypes, presenting demos, and conducting end‑user training where necessary.
  • Represent the CRP team as its technical leader in scheduled meetings as well as ad‑hoc sessions with customers, prospective tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of external developers, collaborating with the CRP Product Manager to plan sprints, refine work, and provide guidance.
  • Act as the CRP team’s subject matter expert to define and consistently implement best practices in Salesforce system configuration, development, testing, deployment, data integrity, information security, and stability.
  • Design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements using Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Define and implement a release strategy; lead code reviews and serve as release manager for scheduled and unscheduled releases and fixes.
  • Support and maintain integrations with internal and third‑party solutions.
  • Assist the team in identifying and resolving time‑sensitive tenant and end‐customer issues.
