Senior Manager, IT

Role Overview

As the Senior Manager, IT, you will serve as a hands‑on working leader, providing senior direction across U.S. IT operations while actively contributing to the design, delivery, and support of core technology solutions. You will play a critical role in aligning regional execution with global IT strategy as a key member of the IS/IT leadership team.

You will be a great fit for this role if you have a strong foundation in hands‑on infrastructure and systems engineering, deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, and a proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT
• 2+ years of people leadership, ideally within a global or matrixed organization
• Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise security fundamentals
• Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as TOPdesk, Service Now, or similar platforms
