Role Overview
Join our growing team as Desktop Support in Andover, MA, providing workstation software break fix support, IMAC, image loads, asset recovery, and other client support duties.

Requirements- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Desktop Support
- Knowledge of PC Imaging
- Experience with change management and incident management
- Experience with using tools such as:
Service Now, Bomgar, Lap Link and Secure Disk Wipe - Must be within driving distance of Andover, MA and willing to work onsite
- Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs or ramps
- Must be able to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces
