Role Overview
Abacus Technology is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to provide information assurance support at Hanscom AFB. This is a full‑time position.
What You Will DoProvide information assurance oversight, guidance and support to the customer community in accordance with Federal, Department of Defense, and U.S. Air Force Information Assurance programs.
Why It Might Be a FitMust be Security+ CE certified, have strong knowledge of Air Force, DoD and applicable Federal Information Assurance/Cyber Security Directives and Instructions, and experience with SharePoint, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, and MS Office.
Requirements- 3+ years experience in IT and systems support
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Security+ CE certification
- Strong knowledge of Air Force, DoD and applicable Federal Information Assurance/Cyber Security Directives and Instructions
- Knowledge of cyber security including the RMF process and Cyber Defense
- Experience with SharePoint, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, and MS Office
- Knowledge of Service Now
- Proficient with Computer and Server Hardware
- Able to capture and report metrics
- Able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Strong team partnership and customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Self‑motivated and possess strong communication skills
- U.S. citizen and hold a current Secret clearance
