Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager to lead and manage Oracle Cloud ERP initiatives within a healthcare environment. This individual will be responsible for driving project planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery across Oracle Cloud ERP work streams. The ideal candidate must have prior healthcare industry experience and a strong understanding of the complexity of healthcare operations, finance, compliance, integrations, and enterprise transformation.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, optimization, stabilization, or post-go-live support initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, RAID logs, status reporting, issue escalation, and executive-level communication.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, finance leaders, clinical operations, compliance teams, and third‑party system integrators.
• Drive governance across Oracle Cloud ERP work streams such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, Grants, Expenses, Reporting, Security, Integrations, and Data Conversion.
• Ensure project milestones, testing cycles, design reviews, cutover activities, and go‑live readiness plans are clearly defined and executed.
• Hold internal teams and external SI partners accountable for deliverables, timelines, risks, and quality of work.
• Support healthcare‑specific business processes, including hospital finance, revenue cycle touchpoints, supply chain operations, grants, regulatory requirements, and compliance‑driven reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies between Oracle Cloud ERP, legacy systems, EHR platforms, data warehouses, reporting tools, and third‑party applications.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Identify risks early, resolve blockers, and ensure strong communication across business, technical, and executive teams.

• 8+ years of ERP project management experience.
• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP project experience.
• Must have experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP projects in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules, especially Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, Grants, Expenses, Reporting, Security, Integrations, and Data Conversion.
• Experience working with hospitals, health systems, payers, academic medical centers, or healthcare services organizations.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise programs involving multiple work streams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators.
• Strong experience with project governance, RAID management, status reporting, executive communication, testing coordination, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and drive accountability across internal and external teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
• Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience in a large hospital or health system.
• Experience replacing or managing an SI midstream.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Grants, or Projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance, audit requirements, and clinical / operational system dependencies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Service Now, or Oracle Support
