• Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and their potential to transform businesses and industries.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial acumen with the ability to structure and solve complex business challenges.
• Ability to translate industry, functional, or technical expertise into actionable client insights and recommendations.
• Comfort engaging with clients, facilitating discussions, and communicating ideas through compelling presentations and storytelling.
• Experience analyzing data and synthesizing insights to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic implications.
• Knowledge of consulting, strategy, operations, supply chain, business transformation, organizational design, or related disciplines through professional, academic, or project experience.
• Ability to leverage quantitative methods, digital tools, and emerging technologies to drive analysis, decision-making, and innovation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.

As part of a collaborative consulting team, you will help clients solve their most pressing business challenges through data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insights, recommendations, and solutions that advance client business objectives.
• Analyze complex business problems using data, research, and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliver clear, compelling stories grounded in data and business impact.
• Leverage data visualization and analytical tools to communicate findings and support decision-making.
• Build meaningful relationships across Accenture's global network through client engagements, office initiatives, and community involvement.
• Contribute to Accenture's inclusive culture and commitment to developing exceptional talent.

• Participated in the 2026 Accenture Summer Consultant Program
• Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree
• Anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) no later than December 2027

• 3 – 5 years of industry or relevant work experience prior to pursuing your MBA degree
• Have proficiency using the following tools:
  PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau
• Comfort working with programming languages such as R, Python, Julia and SQL
