Our client is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale Integrated Eligibility & Enrollment (IE&E) modernization initiative. This role is ideal for professionals with experience coordinating software development, systems integration, application implementation, cloud, data, or enterprise technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation
- Track project risks, issues, change requests, and action items
- Facilitate meetings and communication across business, IT, PMO, leadership, and vendor teams
- Support project planning, resource coordination, change management, releases, and implementation activities
- Ensure adherence to PMO, SDLC, Agile, and governance standards
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Coordination, PMO, Project Management, or Business Analysis
- Experience supporting cross-functional technology and systems integration projects
- Strong skills in project planning, reporting, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in government, healthcare, financial services, or other regulated environments
- Knowledge of APIs, application integrations, databases, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems
- PMP, CSM, or related certification
