Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end trade operations strategy & execution for global movements of semiconductor capital equipment and high-volume spare parts
- Focus on duty mitigation strategies and their execution, global Customs Broker management and performance measurement
- Manage specialized trade programs like US Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZ) and Duty Drawback to drive fiscal efficiency and regulatory adherence
- Ensure compliant and on-time execution of all logistics activities
- Oversee Duty Drawback programs to maximize reclaimed duties on re-exported spares and manufactured tools
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Law, or Supply Chain
- 7–10+ years in trade compliance within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry
- Licensed US Customs Broker (LCB) or equivalent national certification is strongly preferred
- Expertise in US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and global customs laws
- Experience in utilizing ACE database information
- Hands‑on experience with Duty Drawback and FTZ software modules
- Proficiency in Trade Management Systems
- Advanced data analytics skills for duty spend and saving reporting
- Licensed US Customs Broker
