Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working with data, and making sure all the pieces come together behind the scenes? We're looking for a Product Data Coordinator to join the Operations Manufacturing Support team supporting Acushnet | Titleist.
In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting product launches, ERP transition initiatives, and daily manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate product information, supporting planning activities, and helping teams stay aligned across multiple systems.
The Product Data Coordinator supports Product Lifecycle Coordination (PLC), Finished Goods Planning, and Production Order Scheduling teams by maintaining product data, updating systems, documenting processes, and assisting with ERP transition activities. This role helps ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency across multiple platforms.
Location: onsite daily in New Bedford, MA
Hourly Pay Rate: $23/h - $25/h
Shift Time: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
- Create and maintain PLC work instructions and process documentation.
- Update and maintain product data in PLM, Enterworks, Evolve, and related systems.
- Support item setup, material status changes, and lifecycle updates.
- Assist Finished Goods Planning with reporting and replenishment order releases.
- Monitor and release production orders in SAP, including licensed and custom products.
- Provide administrative support to the Production & Inventory Control team and assist with special projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in administrative support, planning, supply chain, manufacturing support, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with SAP, PLM, Enterworks, Evolve, or similar systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of ERP and product lifecycle systems preferred.
- Ability to follow documented processes and maintain data accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
