We’re seeking an experienced Supply Chain leader with a strong background in biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing. You’ll bring extensive cGMP experience, proven people-management capabilities, and expertise across planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
Your Role & ImpactAs the Director of Supply Chain, you will:
- Lead Planning, Scheduling and Supply Chain operations across the manufacturing site
- Develop production schedules in partnership with Manufacturing and Process Development
- Oversee procurement and sourcing, including vendor management
- Lead warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management
- Ensure supply chain and warehouse operations remain compliant with cGMP, safety, EH&S, and regulatory requirements
- Build, develop, and coach a high-performing team
- 10+ years of Supply Chain experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or cGMP manufacturing environments
- Expertise across planning, procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, transportation, and ERP systems.
