Inspection Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location:

New Bedford, MA

Are you detail-oriented and take pride in quality work? Join our team supporting Acushnet, a global leader in golf products, as an Inspection Technician. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work and the satisfaction of contributing to a high-quality finished product.

2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm, $20.15/h

3rd Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:00am, $21.32/h

• Inspect logo’d and personalized golf balls for defects, color accuracy, and quantity
• Perform required make-ups and update order notes in the M3 system
• Inspect raw materials for quality and compliance
• Use and understand measuring devices and tolerances
• Safely use hand and power tools
• Learn and apply quality standards of workmanship and product
• Operate machine tools such as drills, lathes, and milling equipment

• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working with tools and inspection equipment
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
• Manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
