This role is ideal for someone who loves a predictable weekly structure, with the flexibility to accommodate life’s demands.
You will work:- Two 12-hour weekend nights:
Friday and Saturday nights;
Saturday night is paid at double time, offering a strong earning boost each week. - You also work one or two additional 8-hour weeknight shifts of your choice!
- Friday: 11pm - 11am - $20.08/hr
- Saturday: 11pm - 11am - $40.16/hr (DOUBLE TIME)
- Plus one or two additional 8-hour weeknight shifts of your choice!

Before joining the weekend crew, all associates complete a structured training period:
- Monday–Friday, for several weeks
- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, depending on availability
After training, you’ll transition into your weekend schedule.
What are yourKey Responsibilities ?
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and material handling
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all tasks
- Meet production targets and operational timelines
- Follow all safety procedures and standard work instructions
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Minimum 6 months of mechanical or machine operation experience
- Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
