Job Description Position Title Subtitle Department Reports to Level Boilerman Boilerman Maintenance Maintenance Manager Skilled/Licensed

Summary:

Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties.

• Boiler Operation
• All Boiler Maintenance
• During down time: maintenance on facility and production equipment
• Must be able and willing to work overtime and weekends
• Occasionally work 12-hour shifts for vacation/illness coverage
• Provide own tools (basic hand tools)

• High School or equivalent training and/or work experience preferred
• 2nd Class Fireman’s License or above required

• Experienced skill set (refer to required skill section below)
• Ability to stand for hours at length
• Basic oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to follow procedures

• Lifting or carrying, Pushing or Pulling, Reach, up to 100% of work shift
• Walking, bending, pushing, reaching and lifting to 30 lbs. (additional weight may be required with assistance)
• Standing, Walking or moving about, up to 100% of work shift
• Temperature extremes, primarily hot.
