To assist Sanitation Supervisor in functions including organizing and directing the daily activities of the department.
Qualifications- Must have knowledge of sanitation procedures and tasks analysis, sanitation chemicals and their proper use.
- Able to perform all sanitation jobs.
- Able to work varied hours and overtime as required.
- Ability to handle/lift up to 35lbs
- Inspect all plant areas including production, storage, office and bathroom areas and exterior areas including parking lots and determine sanitation needs.
- Distribute tools and personal protective equipment as needed.
- Directs Sanitor 1 and Sanitor 2 in their daily duties.
- May perform any assignments necessary in employee’s absence.
- Assume department responsibility in supervisor’s absence.
- Comply and enforce all plant safety rules and GMP’s.
- Keeps track of supply needs and usage.
- Report any discrepancies or incidents of any nature to the sanitation supervisor.
- 3rd shift: 8:00pm-4:30am with occasional overtime
