Job Description
CoWorx is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator in the New Bedford, MA area! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Automation Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge robotic metalizing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and are mechanically inclined, we’d love to hear from you!
Schedule:
3:30 PM – 12 AM Monday – Friday
New Bedford, Massachusetts
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor robotic metalizing equipment.
- Ensure proper metalizing coverage and identify any process changes.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
- Maintain consistent product quality and production standards.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using microscopes (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
- Any additional technical or manufacturing experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
