40 hours per week - Tuesday to Saturday 9:00AM to 5:00
PM Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care and clinical oversight to individuals residing in a group home setting. The LPN supports individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities by ensuring safe medication administration, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health and quality of life.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to support and educate direct care staff in accordance with DDS and Medication Administration Program (MAP) guidelines.
