Reports to:

Nurse Manager. All staff nurses have a reporting relationship (direct or indirect) with the CNO.

Shift: 12×3 Night (United States of America)

In this highly technical, fast‑paced and challenging nursing position, you will work with multidisciplinary team members to provide patients the best care. • Assume responsibility for the nursing components of patient/family education processes.

• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information.
• Provide a therapeutic environment through safe, accurate, and timely medication and IV administration.

• Utilize the nursing process to ensure quality patient care throughout the episode of care.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school. BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Additional certifications as required by the department.
• Knowledgeable about hospital policies, procedures and nursing care standards.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to work with confidential material.

Hearing: normal noise 100%. Hazardous conditions include respiratory, skin and allergic irritants and exposure to blood and body fluids.
