Pay Range: $40,000 - $44,000

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Vantage at New Bedford provides direct resident care and supports the nursing team in delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care. • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and ambulation
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Document care, food, and fluid intake accurately
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
• Support nurses and interdisciplinary team members in providing quality care

• Current and valid Massachusetts CNA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
